Flame & Fusion was founded by the four of us — Mushfiq, Olidur, Shakil, and Zakire. Between us, we share more than 14 years of experience mastering the art of authentic street food.
After running a successful spot in New York, we made the move to Michigan with one powerful goal: to bring bold, unforgettable NYC-style flavors to our new community.
Before opening our doors, we devoted two full summers to cooking in our backyard. We spent those nights relentlessly experimenting, perfecting our seasonings, and pushing every single dish until it met our standard of street-food perfection.
